The Paul-Ehrlich-Institut (PEI) in the Federal Republic of Germany visited National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical & Biological Products (NICPBP) of the People’s Republic of China from September 25, 2010 to September 28, 2010. The Paul-Ehrlich-Institut (PEI) in the Federal Republic of Germany and National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical & Biological Products (NICPBP) in the People’s Republic of China hereinafter referred to as the “Parties,” understanding the important role that biological products play in saving lives, restoring health, and treating and preventing diseases; sharing a common goal of improving the quality of biological products globally. The parties reached a consensus on the cooperation, thus developed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
