May 2006, Dr. Guowei Sang, Former Director of NIFDC, previously known as National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical & Biological Products (NICPBP) and the delegation of NICPBP visited NIBSC. Dr. Stephen Inglis of NIBSC and Dr. Guowei Sang of NICPBP, signed MOU to open the formal cooperation between the two institutes.
